We booked our flight! We are very excited. Now, on to memorize the Flower and Garden Menus! How do you manage your trip plans? How do you remember everything? What usually gets thrown by the wayside?

This is what usually happens,  I memorize and plan menus and meals, but we get to the parks and all I want is chicken nuggets and fries! It’s just like a comfort thing. I mean, besides the fact that Disney chicken tenders are literally the best. But, I’m getting better. Over Labor Day, at Food and Wine, I did get some delicious food at some of the food booths. But really only because DH was hungry and our freinds and daughter wanted to go ride Guardians again. We didn’t feel like it, so we went off together and he stood in a line or two and I stood in a line or two and then we ate at a picnic table. It was fun, and the food was completely delicious.

This was an extremely delicious grilled steak with a chimmichuri sauce, peppers, onions, and potatoes. That steak was sooo good! I literally saw them grill it right before my eyes. Perfection!

Corned Beef Nachos – Also totally delicious. Not too salty, just flavorful and savory!

I’m hoping this time that my daughter will keep me in line. literally. She has a list of foods she wants to try and so do I and they mostly overlap, so we should be set!

I’m also really looking forward to all of the topiaries! Man I loooove all of those flowers! Is there a better flower and garden festival anywhere? We have a gorgeous arboretum by us and they have an annual spring event with over 50,000 tulips and a fall event with over 50,000 pumpkins, and its gorgeous and I love it. But it doesn’t even hold a candle to the Epcot Flower and Garden festival. I don’t even know how to process how gorgeous, witty, charming, and fun the flower displays can be.

So now we just wait, and memorize menus of food booths that we are going to for sure remember to stop at and eat. I promise.
