We woke up and got ready, had some coffee and breakfast in the room. We left around 9:30. We started this day at Animal Kingdom. Straight to Everest! This was my first time to ride and  I was so scared! lol The only part that made me a little queasy was the going backwards in the dark. I may have to get used to that! I thought the hill was super fun, and the ride for sure is fast and fun!

After Everest we went on the complete opposite ride and took a Safari. It was a great safari! We saw the hippos, okapi, painted dogs, and giraffes and more i am sure! After that we took a coffee break at Creature Comforts. I got a chocolate protein latte and a ham and swiss croissant. IT was a great snack and a nice little break after our morning.

Next we rode Flight of Passage. One of our friends got a little sick and had to shut her eyes, not because of the motion, but because of the heights. It was so real feeling that she was really scared! I love that ride! It’s so fun and the motion is so relaxing.

We walked around a bit after this and took some magic shots. We decided to eat lunch at Connections Cafe and headed off to Epcot.

Connections was great as always! My friend and I split the asian chicken salad and a kids cheese pizza meal with fries and a mandarin orange. Weird for sure, but exactly what we wanted! So good!

We had a guardians LL after lunch and then a Test Track LL after that. I was scared to ride Guardians, but a cast member told me she also gets sick on Guardians, so she started riding in the front row and she said that helps the most! So, I was sure to try that this time, and she was right!! You can’t always see the track because the car turns, but you can see it enough that it helps tremendously and I had a great time!! I for sure want to go back on it again!

After we rode test track, we sat in the DVC lounge for while, grabbed some snacks and coffee and rested out feet until they closed at 5:00. We left Epcot after that and made out way to Hollywood studios for a quick ride on Mickey and Minnie’s runaway railway. After that we went to the last show of Frozen ever after. It’s always so funny, and its a great joy to sing along!

After frozen we practically ran to catch the Villains show on the other side of the park! But we made it with 5 min. to spare, and we even got to sit next to each other.

Another great and well done show! LOVE the Cruella section!

After this we had some time to mosey on to the new Little Mermaid show. We stopped and pin traded a bit, grabbed a snack and got our seats in the little mermaid show. It was entertaining, but not spectacular. It’s like a show they made in the 90’s. They had a great opportunity to make a really fun and modern show, but oh well. It’s still a nice rest and an entertaining show, but nothing special.

After this we were supposed to grab dinner and see the fantasmic show, but we were tired, done, and hungry. Fantasmic didn’t even start until 9:30 that evening, and I think that Hollywood Studios is the worst park for food. We wanted a real dinner and some real food. So we got on Open Table and made a reservation for that evening for the Cake Bake Shop. After little mermaid, we drove over to The Boardwalk hotel and walked down to the boardwalk. The Boardwalk is so gorgeous at night. It was Monday night, so we didn’t see any buskers or entertainment. It was calm and peaceful and the lake looked gorgeous!

We were seated right away and thought we were going to share a bunch of things, but we all wanted somehting different. I wound up getting  a pot of carcacet tea, an avocado stack and a cup of the chicken velvet soup. My friends got the salmon, the hamburger, and the chicken piccata. All of it was delicious! Oh.. we also got some hot chocolate and the german chocolate cake for dessert. The cake was all excellent except for the frosting. It is very rich, and very dark, but not very flavorful. But the german part was overly excellent with chunks of pecans and coconut, and the chocolate cake itself was moist and delicious. All and all a great and amazing experience. The restaurant had taken all of its christmas decor down, and it was back to its usual gorgeousness.

After this we went home and got ready for bed and fell asleep. A lovely and amazing day!
