Tuesday  morning was an interesting start. We were tired from the evening before, so we didn’t wake up until around 8:00.

While our other friends were getting ready, my friend and I went down to breakfast. We ordered togo from Kona cafe, and went and ate it in Captn Cooks. We shared the ham and cheese omelet with potatoes and a side of fruit. It was delicious! This is my second time eating food from Kona cafe, and I’ve got to say that it has all been incredibly delicious! The omelet was a perfect with tiny pieces of ham and the perfect amount of cheddar cheese.

We finished that and went back up to the room and rested a bit before we finally left for Epcot around 11:00. There was a little tiff between us and our friend regarding how long it took her to get ready. So this tainted our morning a bit, but we worked it out.

We went in through the front and used our first lightening lane on Soarin’, which was a big hit. Then we went over to world showcase and rode Remy in France. This is the first time we rode it with the 2D version and not the 3D glasses. Honestly, I can’t tell if I like it or not. I fell like it caused more nausea than the 3D version. The screens were way bigger. I can’t tell if I like it better or not. I think I’ll have to ride it a couple more times to tell.

We stood in line at Les Halles and all grabbed some lunch. I had just had a protein bar in line at Soarin, so i wasn’t too hungry, so my friend and I split the Dindle BLT. We also got the Poulet au Pistou, and Quiche Lorraine. For dessert we all split the raspberry Lime Macaroon and the Tart aux Fraises. I mean, everything was so delicious. Way better than La Madeleine’s if you have one of those by you. We all also got some coffee and some vanilla lattes. Which were delicious and way better than a Joffrey’s coffee from the carts around the parks. We all felt way better after this lunch. Thank you France!

We made our way the rest of the way around world showcase. We stopped in Germany to get the Pretzel bread pudding. This was a sweet, but savory dessert. The topping had a lot of salt in it. And the sauce wasn’t really sweet. But it was a little sweet. Definitely a different dessert than we’ve ever tasted. Honestly, the jury is still out if we liked it or not. I love the Kristoff Cafe and school bread so much, it was hard to beat that combo. So, I would have some again if someone was sharing with me, but I would probably not just use that as my one snack around world showcase.

By the time we made it to Mexico, I was so tired. We rode 3 caballeros and called it a day at Epcot. I love that ride! It is so calming and beautiful, but also fun with the whole Donald the Duck story. Cracks me up every time. We made it back to the car, and I drank a ton of water and had a snack and felt much better. We parked back at the Poly and took the monorail into Magic Kingdom!

We went directly to the DVC lounge since it was going to close at 6:00. They said they had 11 parties in front of us and that we would probably not get in as it was like 5:20 at this point. So, we sat outside and made our mobile order for Columbia Harbor house. Well, by the time we were done with out mobile order, the DVC lounge said it had room for us! So we walked in and were just going to see it and turn around and go eat, but it was sooo cozy and nice in there, we decided to rush over to Columbia harbor house, grab our food and then rush back! We had to truck it too, they were closing at 6:00! And to add insult to injury… it started raining! I’m sure we were quite the site practically running from one place to the next. But, by the time we sat down o eat, we had 15 min left to actually eat our food. Which, in reality was plenty! We really enjoyed that DVC lounge. It was so cozy, warm and inviting. We would for sure go back if invited.

After this we needed coffee, so we went to main street and each grabbed coffee at Starbucks and then went shopping at The Emporium. We didn’t get anything, and then

decided to go take a ride on the people mover since we missed it last time, and our lightening lane for 7D was delayed due to the rain. That was so relaxing and fun! We actually rode it twice because it was still drizzling, and when we came back around to get off, it had started raining a little harder. We rode again, and by the time we finished, the rain had stopped and we put our rain coats away. Perfect timing!

After the people mover, 7Dwarfs was back up and running so we went and rode that. That is such a cute and fun roller coaster! We had a blast on that one! Our next lighting lane was Haunted Mansion. I love that ride too, so spooky and fun! After Haunted, we grabbed our free snacks from the snack cart. We got churros, popcorn, a strawberry bar, and a mickey pretzel. One of our friends was done by this point in the night. She was super tired and left to go back to the hotel. This was probably right abound 9:00.

The rest of us decided to keep going and rode Pirates with absoultely zero line. It was a walk on during fireworks. We had extra evening deluxe hours at this point, so we went to ride Space Mountain, as it had been down also during our lightning lane. There was a line to get in because they were checking peoples wrist bands, eventhough the wait was only the 5 min walk to the ride. I did notice, however,  that people were going in the lightning lane, so I went to ask, and sure enough,  since we  hadn’t used your lightening lane that day, we were allowed to skip the line and use the LL to ride space during the extra evening deluxe hours! That was a fun surprise!

I was really scared to ride this because it was in the dark and people talk about how it jerks you around so much, but I loved it!! I was sure to ride in the front row so i could see the tracks. That always makes me feel better! After Space, the other girls wanted to ride Tron, but I wasn’t a huge fan. So I took off, and I was going to ride Barnstormer, but I went and rode It’s a Small World instead. I love that sweet little ride. I love the care that goes into their costumes. it was a perfect use of time also, because when i got off the ride, and walked back over tot Tron, the girls were done and we both noticed that 7Dwarfs only had  7min line! Seven Minutes!! It was crazy. So, we rode that one again, and then the evening rides were over.

We waked out by the castle and got some photos with the castle lights. As we were walking out down main street, we noticed that they were filming something! THey had a huge crane camera and it was pointed at the tree. It was the Hallmark Christmas Movie that is being filmed in Disney World!! We saw the back of Lacy Chabert’s head as she was turning the corner. lol! Our big claim to fame. haha

It was such a fun evening and a great day altogether. And we were exhausted! We decided to take the boat home and that was a beautiful and fun ride. I love taking boats at night and watching the lights on the water. Perfect ending to a perfect day!
